I'm Jennifer Dene, Pilates trainer, women's health coach, writer, and mama to Max.

I've spent my career helping women across the world get in incredible shape using sustainable lifestyle strategies and daily doses of self love...

My clients include corporate CEOs, Hollywood celebrities, teachers, accountants, athletes, retirees and many more amazing women.  

But it wasn't until I had my son that I realized how limiting motherhood can be on a woman's ability to live a healthy, active life.

Food is not the enemy, and healthy eating doesn't mean cutting carbs, ditching dessert or saying sayonara to sauvignon blanc.

I’ll teach you how to choose nutritious food that YOUR unique body loves, without the rules and restrictions of the diet industry.

Joyous Movement

Fitness must be fun to be sustainable, and moving your body shouldn't just make you look great on the outside; it needs to make you feel great on the inside as well. 

Together we'll develop your ideal exercise plan, one that keeps you fit and active without grueling hours spent on the treadmill!

Conscious Living

Living mindfully is key for breaking through old patterns of self sabotage and achieving personal & professional achievement.

You will learn how to reduce your stress, manage your overwhelm and create more energy to live life the way that you want. 

Self Love

 Self-love is what empowers you to embrace life, trust your gut, break up with negative habits, and give back to the world in a truly authentic way.

Here's How It Works

Your 1:1 program runs for 24 weeks and includes:

  • 1 x 60 Minute Reboot Session: We'll start by reviewing your current lifestyle habits, then we'll establish your goals and get you set you up for success


  • Weekly 50 Minute Coaching Calls: This is where I give you your step-by-step plan for improving your nutrition, fitness and lifestyle habits and help you track your progress towards your weight loss goals. I keep you motivated and on-track, and make course corrections as needed!


  • 2 x Check-In Calls: Halfway through the program AND at the end of six months we jump on the phone to review your program and your progress, and get you set up to continue to make exciting leaps forward in the future!


  • Session Summary: After each call you'll receive a summary of any customized recommendations, helpful tips and external resources that we discussed


  • Simple, Tasty Recipes & Workout Videos: After each call you'll receive three easy-to-follow at home workouts and tasty recipes that are easy to prepare


  • Daily Support: You'll have access to me via email, between session for questions, motivation and accountability 


*All sessions are conducted via Skype or telephone. 

**I work with a very small number of women at each time. A consultation must be scheduled to determine if you are the right fit for this program, and if I am the right coach for you.
