During your free consultation we'll talk about your goals, hopes and dreams and figure out what's been holding you back from achieving them. I will tell you exactly what you can expect from working together and we'll make sure that we're a good fit for each other.

Over the course of our coaching relationship we will make a specific, step-by-step healthy living plan that will allow you to reach your physical and emotional goals in the simplest and most enjoyable way possible. I'll show you how to eat, move, and live the Slim Down way, all the while stopping negative self-talk and body shame, and building your muscle of self-love.

  • 1 x 75 Minute Starter Session: We'll start by reviewing your current lifestyle habits, then we'll establish your goals and get you set you up for success.

  • 12 x Bi-Weekly 60 Minute Coaching Calls: These are our deep-dive sessions where we review your step-by-step plan, help you identify and overcome your self-love blocks, and make inspired discoveries.

  • 12 x Bi-Weekly 30 Minute Check-In Calls: These shorter calls give you the opportunity to ask me questions as you implement the plan. I keep you motivated and we make course corrections as needed.

  • Session Summary: After each call you'll receive a detailed email summary from our call as well as a recording to watch the session again.

  • Daily Support: You'll have email access to me M-F via for questions, motivation and accountability.
